《Root to Table》可食花草展覽，以「可以吃的花店」為空間設計主題，
結合現成物件與台灣當季可食花草，打造出既生活化又實驗感十足的展場氛圍。
隨展期推進，花草景致隨時更迭，視覺設計以生命循環為意象，邀請觀者透過設計重新認識土地的滋味與美感。

從土地到餐桌：向世界公開台灣可食花草的風景｜Root to Table: Bringing Taiwan’s Edible Flowers and Herbs to the World
《Root to Table》的起點，來自策展人凌宗湧的一個提問：我們是否能將台灣的可食花草，帶進世界的視野？
這場展覽匯聚了許多人的信念與努力，從策展夥伴古碧玲的加入，到眾多朋友穿針引線，讓夢想中的名單逐一實現。
展場裡的每一株花草，皆來自台灣土地，透過「可以吃的花店」的形式，邀請大家重新認識台灣花草的風景，讓土地的味道，被世界看見。
